Dr. Shefali Mishra holds a Bachelor?s (Hons) in Psychology from Delhi University. She completed her Master?s in Applied Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi. She also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling and a Ph.D. from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Her doctoral research focused on emotional and behavioral challenges in adolescents. Specifically, she explored the impact of institutionalization, attachment, emotion regulation, and coping strategies. With over seven years of counseling experience, Dr. Mishra has worked extensively with adolescents and adults. She helps them manage emotional, behavioral, and adjustment challenges. She mentors and supervises undergraduate and graduate psychology students, reflecting her commitment to education. Dr. Mishra collaborates internationally on projects with the University of Greenwich, UK, and the University of Miami, USA. Her recent recognition, the "Community Engagement Award" (2023-24), highlights her dedication to community welfare. She continues her impactful work at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR Campus.
